Yes, as a human being, Jesus was called “the son of David” since David was the ancestor of that Little Boy whom Mary bore, since he was the ancestor of Mary. (Could Mary have been called “the daughter of David” on the same basis?)
But the pre-incarnate Son of God had only one Father—His heavenly Father. He was the ONLY begotten Son of God.
