The Bible teaches both socialism and capitalism like China. China has the greatest economy. The general welfare clause in the US constitution lets the Government tax to provide for the general welfare of the people when the need arises. This is the interpretation held by the Supreme Court and was one of the interpretation given to it early on by a writer of the constitution. They debated it. One side thought that America would remain under slavery. This is the side taken by the narrow interpretation. The broad interpretation is the one held by the Supreme Court that judged the Social Security Act to be constitutional. This is the view held that envisioned revolution and freedom from slavery.
I’m not sure why Bloomberg had to apologize for being racist when he was only telling the truth, and for his programs of stop and frisk that saved countless lives?

In the 2015 tape, Bloomberg makes the blindingly obvious point that if “95% of murders and murder victims are young male minorities” — as is true in New York City — then police should be questioning about 95% of young male minorities.
To stop crime, he said, you “put a lot of cops where the crime is, which means in minority neighborhoods.”
Bloomberg further explained that frisking young black and brown men for minor crimes is how you keep guns off the streets generally: “And the way you get the guns out of the kids’ hands is to throw them up against the wall and frisk them. And then they start, they say, ‘Oh, I don’t want to get caught.’ So they don’t bring the gun. They still have a gun, but they leave it at home.”
Does anyone with a functioning frontal lobe disagree with this? By pursuing the wacky idea of having cops frisk kids in high-crime areas for minor offenses like turnstile jumping, Mayor Rudy Giuliani cut the murder rate from more than 2,000 per year to about 600. No one thought it could possibly go any lower — and then Bloomberg got murders down to an unfathomable 300 or so per year.
Giuliani and Bloomberg did more for black and brown people than all living Democrats combined. In New York City alone, at least 20,000 more black men are alive today than would be under the genius crime-fighting ideas of prior administrations (and The New York Times )."
Dave B. proves he’s a racist as well. As someone who attends AA/NA I can say the crime, sin, and violence effect all. Most of those that attend the groups I go to are Doctors, Judges, Lawyers, Military, Politicians, pilots, Hospital chaplains. Sin is no respecter of persons. AA is where I met my sponsor who is a multimillionaire. The upper class do some pretty crazy things.

Now you are a deceptive lier. Anyone who looks into Sanders democratic socialism will see that it’s more in line with a social democracy. It’s capitalist with social programs. It is supported by the constitution. People said the same thing during the Great Depression when FDR started the New Deal and Social Security Act. They were saying it was socialism. We have tons of social programs in the US now.

The bible does not teach socialism although you and Hugo Chavez agree on this. The bible teaches or rather Jesus teaches giving to the poor out of love for others not by forced confiscation. Jesus also acknowledges private property rights which socialism does not.
As far as China goes ask the million muslims in forced reeducation camps if they think China has the greatest economy or the millions of peasants who still live agricultural lives in primitive conditions. Ask the people in Wuhan province where disgusting living conditions lead to the outbreak of this virus. These people never make it on the tightly controlled state TV to tell their story. Ask the people who vanish if they displease the Chinese govt.

I would be thrilled to see two robust parties offering platforms for real positive contribution to the country, so good that it would be hard to make a choice between them. That would be a luxury compared to this maelstrom. But then again, I’d also like to flap my arms and fly to the moon.
