I’m wondering if anyone has any info on why the hardcopy of this book (opposed to the e reader version) is so crazy expensive nowadays? At one time I had this book, but either gave it away or lost it in a move. I know that a lot of it can be read on google books, but I was just curious if anyone knew why it was so much. I’m nearly certain when I bought it it was well below what it is currently listed.
Wow – I guess it’s out of print and rare.
