Enoch Greek Text Online?

I’m continuing my research on Gehenna (Hinnom Valley), and am looking to better understand the passages in 1 Enoch. I’d like to check it out in a Greek Text though. It’s likely that the word translated as “forever” is aionian, but I’d like to confirm that. Does anyone have a copy of the Greek text of 1 Enoch, or know of one online?

Thanks,
Sherman

I am looking online at the moment and will keep you posted if I find it, however here is a bit of cool information about 1 Enoch

Here Sherman this website has the Greek and English of 1 Enoch. Hope it is helpful for you

textexcavation.com/enoch.html

probably not a bad resource, that.
though theologically, Enoch is woefully wanting. i actually believe it to be hurtful heresy.

Thanks for the site, awakening.

corpselight, several writers have appealed to 1 Enoch as support for ECT and the belief that Gehenna should be interpreted as Hell. Of course it was not included in the canon of scripture, but it was quoted by NT authors in a few places. My desire is to understand it better and include whatever I find in the book I’m working on for my children explaining why I’ve come to believe in UR.

How is 1 Enoch as support for ECT? What does it say that’s different then what we know to be scripture?

very cool!
and yes i can see why they’d use it as support. it has a LOT of ideas in it foreign to Scripture but popular among the more occult-fetishistic Christians, with it’s named angels and demons and such…

i read it, well before embracing UR, and realised it was anti-Biblical on so many levels…i am actually a bit surprised it wasn’t made canon by the Catholics in the dark ages. there’s alot there to support their medieval, quasi pagan view of God and the supernatural. instead, they banned it…showing that they were not all bad
