I like the idea that Trump is trying to start a Christian Theocracy. I just don’t think the bible teaches Conservative Evangelical Fundamentalist Theology like he does. I’m not in to TV preachers. I go along with Pope Francis.

President Donald Trump is proposing a $900 million increase in education spending to teach skills and trades, in what would be a historic federal infusion into a spending area that’s been stagnant for years.
The announcement Monday follows Trump’s State of the Union push for career and technical education and is in line with increasing emphasis on the idea that there should be stronger career paths for students as alternatives to a four-year degree.
“It’s maybe the largest investment in CTE ever,” Education Secretary Betsy DeVos said during a briefing to education groups after the administration released its budget proposal.

The morally unfit and unqualified President keeps on truckin’ 
I salute Trump’s desire to spend more on education for the trades. A catch is that he has endorses many other increases to federal spending while also decreasing the revenues to pay for them, and thus we are reaching unprecedented deficits.
As a financial conservative, I believe failing to keep his promise to balance the budget will inflict great costs upon our children

Michael, My perception has been that Dave has often acknowledged that he does not see this presidency as a topic for fruitful dialogue, and thus often doesn’t even read questions that challenge his own beliefs here.
His own constant question is why everyone here fails to praise Trump to the extent that the links he posts do, and his desired response appears to be that we would just echo his own enthusiasm.

I share David’s enthusiasm for Trump, over ALL the existing Democratic alternatives - EXCEPT for Mike Bloomburg.

If you look into the history of the constitution forbidding the establishment of one religion you will see that the word “religion” refers to denomination. America’s foundations are Christian but it forbids the establishment of one particular denomination (religion) of Christianity.
I’m trying to get all my friends to vote. But it’s too early to tell, if I put my support behind Trump or Bloomberg. My friends look forward to my commentary.

I don’t want to look at it because i’m wrong! Unless you are God you can be wrong! Unless you are God don’t tell me what i want to look into. As for China it doesn’t have some systems like Capitalism, it has a huge Capitalist sector except at the top the Communist party does have absolute power, but generally speaking they prefer to not interfere to much.
As for China’s economy being “better” then ours, it is still smaller and it’s workers make a fraction of ours so i don’t know how it’s better.
I have been surprised at the level of quality, of recent products from China. One of my Windows computers is made by Lenovo. And they brought the Motorola cell, phone division from Google. And I own a Motorola cell phone. I’m happy with both products. Of course, South Korea and Japan - also put out quality products.
Well Lenovo & Motorola are establish cos & most foreign cos operating in China make good products but there are many knock off type Chinese cos that violate patents & duplicate products of foreign cos regularly & many are inferior quality. TJ Max constantly demands it’s vendors design new products so that Chinese online competition doesn’t have enough time to knock off their products.

This is a command telling me not to command. This is self-defeating. It’s like saying, “I can’t speak a word of English”. We are in union with Christ. We are the body. We are in Christ and He is in us. We can command the law of love. If you don’t freely obey you will go away to eternal punishment. If you don’t obey you will be punished. The Bible tells us that God gives His authority to the Governing officials to carry out His wrath on evil.
