How To Live Under An Unqualified President by John Piper

This seems to eloquently capture the spirit of the Christian right’s mood.

I believe that is an “F” chord, maybe a Bb Minor. Either way, if at least one string was broken, there was an empty whiskey bottle on the floor, and he was wearing shades, we’d have us some Blues.

Now, this is a good question.

Let me quote their conclusion, for everyone’s benefit.

No, I don’t believe COVID-19 is a sign that the end has arrived. We simply do not know whether Jesus is going to return in our lifetime or not. What I do believe is that we should live our lives in a godly, moral, and loving way, as though we believed Jesus was returning tonight. At the same time, we should plan out our lives as though he is not returning for another 1,000 years.

Well, my personal opinion is is. NOT unless it causes Haiti, to commence Z-Hell (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) - via a spillover with their Voodoo doctors and zombie creations.

All things Orange Man are bad? How about these guys?:

Now Trump must find the perfect balance. Or as I suggested elsewhere, the Buddhist Middle Way.

And China offered to help North Korea.

However, N. Korea officially says this:

North Korea’s government maintains that there has not been a single confirmed case there, though analysts have questioned whether that is possible.

Too bad he has to juggle a mendacious and destructive media, since even if they were trying to help, he would still have a full plate.

Heh heh heh

What’s new in the BBC news?

P.S. Sometimes these lockdown regulations, are a bit absurd. In all businesses run by zombies from Z-Hell (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9), they are forced to hire live people - to help out. Say, who is the guest speaker - in this video?

I suppose I really can’t blame people for hating Trump - and white people in general - when all they are acquainted with is tripe. Any of these ‘headlines’ is quickly dismissed by clicking a few honest websites. But you have to look 'cause the MSM will lie every time.

Once again, YMMV, but imo these people are vicious liars.

Trump seems still obsessed with his impeachment and Flynn (tweeting on it 40x this a.m.)! But for most Americans that is yesterday’s news. His re-election will pivot on today’s Covid crisis, and how well he (compared to other European & Asian nations) provided caring leadership in securing sufficient testing and plans to successfully handle its continual transmission (until we get herd immunity or a vaccine).

I say ‘vicious’ because they are, and ‘liars’ because they are intentionally not telling the truth. There may be a few who are only ignorantly vicious, not liars. But not many from what I can tell.
I’m tired of the dishonesty, and all the fancy footwork. Here at another time of crisis, all we hear from the Left is how bad Trump is. I mean, what the hell??

THIS is what is happening, and these small-minded politicos are whining because they lost an election?

So once again - Trump is the bad guy?

I’d be upset too, if I was him. I have been the victim of railroading at my employment, which failed, and yes I am still bitter and hate the person who tried to do it. I still bring it up to this day. I feel no shame in holding certain grudges. Letting them go only serves the people who do wrong. So no wonder people advocate for forgiveness, they want to be let off the hook without actually apologizing or trying to mend the situation. I am very much convinced of Paidion’s position (I wasn’t always convinced, but am now) that we don’t need to forgive if someone doesn’t repent. We certainly don’t need to hold I’ll feelings towards the person, but to forgive someone when they don’t take responsibility for the action? That isn’t justice.

Well, trumps up to the Native Americans.

Bob: “Trump emphasizes obsession with his impeachment and Flynn” (tweeting 40x this a.m.)
Agnostic Gabe: “I’d be upset too… letting go of grudges only serves those who do us wrong.”
Amen, it’s emotionally understandable. My focus was on if that’s where the pivotal voters are at.

Dave: "It’s payback time."
Exactly. I agree that this appears to be the Trumpian theme as he pursues reelection. Whether such a classic focus on bitterly polarizing the nation will again be a successful campaign theme remains an open question. Judging from the angry ethos in my former fundamentalist congregation, I’m inclined to bet it will prove effective and energize his base.

Oh yeah, Orange Man bad.

" Adam Schiff’s pathological lying heart of darkness

By Patricia McCarthy

Now that the wholly-fabricated case against Gen. Michael Flynn has been dismissed and the 53 transcripts of 73 witnesses who were called to testify against President Trump on Russia collusion have been released, the scope of Adam Schiff’s treachery is more clearly than ever blowing up in his face.

He appears not to realize that fact just yet as he is tweeting and making public statements condemning Attorney General Bill Barr for the Flynn dismissal despite the volumes of proof that Flynn was set upand framed by the same crooks that set up and framed Donald Trump. He is still claiming the transcripts prove Trump’s guilt when in fact they prove exactly the opposite. He continues to attack Trump for addressing these revelations while COVID-19 is still ravaging the elderly in nursing homes, as if the two issues were related."

Well, there is always Nov. 2020. And may the best man win.
