NOTE: Remember all, you can remove the notification that you joined the group off of your wall if you so feel the need.
While I understand the reasons some will have to remove the notification, Iām hoping it might be a conversation starter.
I saw it and thought it was a great idea. Iāll join after Iāve told my church leaders.
I watched the first video earlier todayāvery nice!

This is kind of random: but you wouldnāt by any chance be the RobO who wrote the Excel spreadsheet dynamic campaign generator for the 2nd and 3rd Combat Mission games, would you?
(I realize the odds are against it. But when I saw āRob Oā I thought I would ask anyway. )
Jason,
No, that wasnāt me.

Wow! Very nice! Iāve noticed Google and Yahoo Bots on almost every time I visit.
Kinda reminds me of the stock market charts from a few years agoā¦

So long as we donāt get a ācrashā
We are now number 18 out of about 8,350,000 results on Google for āuniversalistā. Really need to be on first page to be noticed.
There are about 13,500,000 results for āevangelicalā, we done appear in the first 200 results (after which I gave up looking!). There are no sponsored links, so Iām very tempted to make one as it would be cheap because it would have no competition.
What do you think of this as a Google āSponsored Linkā (uses max characters)?
site:www.evangelicaluniversalist.com now brings up 543 results which is almost half the number of topics weāve created so I think we are certainly making good progress
Iām happy with this; but donāt we have a poll or something already on this topic? I recall it being mentioned (with different proposed wording I was also happy with ) somewhere elseā¦ (Maybe it was in this thread? Iām lazy and hungry and donāt want to go look for myself waaaahhhh. )
I proposed a better one, with a poll, to the moderators
Just to give a little history on one of those āReaction to Love Winsā data pointsā¦
I became a UR believer in 2008 - At that point I thought I was alone and didnāt even think to do much internet searching for others. It was because of the reaction to Love Wins in the blogosphere that I started looking around a bit more and found this site. Sure glad I did. I still havenāt read TEU by MacDonaldā¦ but Iām glad that book spawned this site.
I notice Dr. Eric Reitan (or anyway someone using his Oklahoma State email address!) joined the forum back in mid June. Maybe we should contact him, confirm itās him, and offer him his own authorās corner?
forthcoming philosophical argument for universal salvation āGodās Final Victoryā
Tom Talbott mini-reviews (and endorses) GFV here. (Wow I hope that link workedā¦ {staring at it dubiously!})
I totally agree Aaron.
Excellent suggestion Jason! Heās written a book on UR, heās got a PHD, heās endorsed by Talbott and I liked what he had to say in his discussion on Rob Bell. Letās see what the rest of the team thinks
today it was the issue of āwas someone really a Christian if they fall awayā, that Robin showed EU answers.
do you have a link for this topic ? Alex

Iād love to get it, itās one of the many on my wish list but at 120 bucks it would be about the most expensive book Iāve ever bought . good suggestion too
