Wow! I didn’t realise it starts today and for some reason, I was reminded just now of an amazing acapella group called ‘The Maccabeats’ and have just been listening to their songs. They really cheer me up like ‘Christian’ songs DONT.

Even though I believe modern Judaism is in error and is yet another false religion, it is based on a lot of truth, and so if we look past the errors, we can see sincere people who are seeking God. I like the way the Maccabeats use well known songs and put their own words to them. (Actually, I’d never heard any of the songs, beforehand, and so when I hear the original versions I prefer the Maccabeats’ versions ). The words seem to gel with me, more than the cheesy, gushy, hill song type songs do. And they’re all very cute…
