Well as you might notice I left the room in frustration. That said, you all were very kind and your replies were very insightful and informative for me. I apologize for my tension but please understand that I was working through a lot of difficult ramifications facing me in my life and ministry as some of you well recognized I was just coming into this.
I hope to stay a bit longer and listen a bit harder and speak a bit gentler from here on out.

That would be the problem. While we all agree on the reconciliation of all we all have widely different beliefs on how thats meted as well as other disagreements. Thus a “statement of faith” wouldnt be easy to contract on some key issues we might not see eye to eye on.

Anyone who looks historically at the nicean counsel will admit this wasnt a unanimous decision and i dont think likewise itd be today either. As there is wide varying beliefs under the umbrella of the reconciliation of all. But thats ok.
