Does it exist? I see there exists a PDF copy for purchase, which I’ll buy if that’s my only option, but does anyone know if an ebook format for this book exists?

You can convert the PDF to a Kindle format using the free Calibre E-book maker. Just google it; I didn’t have any trouble finding it. Obviously, it would be better if the book were formatted for Kindle – active table of contents – but at least you can read it on your Kindle this way.
I would purchase another copy if it were formatted for Kindle – just to have it there.
Talbott’s aware of the issue, I hope the 2nd Ed that God willing comes out later this year, will be available directly on Kindle…
