"]I’ve become convinced that God is good!

This may sound strange coming from someone who’s been a follower of Jesus, for many years. But most of that time my view of God - what God’s like, how God acts - was clouded. These days it’s as though I’ve finally opened my eyes. God is not only all-powerful, God is not only all-knowing, God is also all-loving. And that has massive consequences for the fate of all of humanity.

So what’s the best possible news?

Simply that God is already at peace with the world.

Too good to be true? Read on…It’s well laid out and it sounds like the author has a good sense of humor (whilst still being intelligent), which makes it easy to read :sunglasses:

What’s the expression? “The more the merrier!”
He’s welcome; the water’s warm and inviting!!!

Like I’ve said to friends, once you “see” it (UR) it’s impossible to “un-see”…
Actually brings a smile to my face at the exuberance of “newcomers”!!!
It’s as if we imagined that having folks lost, or condemned to ECT, or to annihilation, actually solved anything; actually made some sense… It doesn’t. God wins. LOVE wins. And to refuse to participate in THAT celebration (yes, it’s OK to start celebrating before the 2nd coming!!!) is a really empty proposition.

It still amazes me that so many find it so necessary for God to “win” by condemning so many to annihilation or to ECT hell.

One problem with this point of view is that many believers in irrevocable hell also believe that God has always been at peace with the world.

Surely it’s only possible to think that if one limits the scope of “world” to some people, or really changes the definition of “peace” :confused: ECT/P doesn’t strick me as peaceful - definitely not on a mental or spiritual level - and gnashing of teeth doesn’t sound physically peaceful either :unamused:

The best one gets is the “peace” of an armed robbery, people at gunpoint, shuddering behind the counter, and even the robber has to continually apply force/threats to maintain the “peace” (not relaxing for anyone concerned and definitely not the lambs lying down with lions kind of peace!).

Looks like the author has added a lot more content since I last looked. I like the new bestpossiblenews.com/whatabout.php page which answers some common objections.

It’s encouraging to find yet another site dedicated to this truth. Sounds like we’re on the crest of a growing movement, Alex. :smiley: :mrgreen:
