Genesis 1:27 So God created humankind in His image, in the image of God He created them.
To me this means that when God created man, He taught them His laws and showed them His ways. We all have minds and have the capability of using them wisely or unwisely. We also have the capacity to love others and have feelings. But if we don’t follow God’s ways we aren’t reflecting His image. So I don’t consider everyone to be made in the image of God if they aren’t acting in a Godly manner and following Him.
